On Aniversario, a moon of Planet Cray still waiting to be developed, Selca decides that a truly enormous project requires some equally familiar help. She summons Aichi, Chrono, and their friends, only for the ambitious plan to become a much less orderly undertaking once the Vanguard personalities begin contributing their own ideas.

Building up a moon should be serious work, but with this group involved, construction, planning, and cooperation quickly turn into oversized comedy. Even far from Earth, their rivalries and friendships remain exactly as lively as ever.
