Kochira Katsushikaku Kameari Kouenmae Hashutsujo: Hashire! Ryoutsu-shiki Chinchin Densha

After failing to catch a criminal, Chief Ohara is already feeling the weight of age when he sees an old streetcar retired from service and displayed in a park. The sight leaves him deeply discouraged, so Ryoutsu and the others decide to cheer him up by putting the streetcar back into operation and naming it Daijirou.

The revived car quickly becomes popular, and Ryoutsu's enthusiasm soon gives way to yet another money-making scheme. But when the criminal Ohara failed to catch reappears, the nostalgic streetcar is pulled into a pursuit that gives the chief a chance to recover the confidence he thought he had lost.
