Black Jack: Futari no Kuroi Isha - Manner Movie

Black Jack is about to begin an operation on Sharaku when a cell phone rings inside the room. Furious at the interruption, he turns on Pinoko, Tezuka, and even Astro Boy, warning each of them about leaving a phone switched on where a surgeon needs complete concentration.

His lecture takes an awkward turn when the truth finally emerges: the offending phone belongs to Sharaku, the patient on the operating table. What begins as a stern warning about basic courtesy ends with Black Jack discovering that everyone he scolded was innocent.
