Time Bokan 2000: Kaitou Kiramekiman

In Orgon City, the phantom thieves Kiramekiman announce their targets before every theft and still manage to escape the police each time. Behind the masks are Lip, the police chief's daughter, and Puff, a boy who came from 500 years in the future.

Their thefts are not driven by greed. Puff is searching for the mysterious Gold Eye, an artifact whose misuse could endanger the future itself. Standing in their way is the ambitious Flower Detective Trio, who chase the thieves through one spectacular failure after another without realizing that Kiramekiman may be protecting far more than stolen treasure.
