Synopsis
Kokin-chan arrives from space to visit her older sister Dokin-chan, carrying a troublesome talent for fake crying. Anyone touched by her blue tears begins crying uncontrollably, so her habit of escaping responsibility quickly spreads chaos until Anpanman and his friends help her understand the effect she has on others.
