Tenchi Muyou!

Tenchi Masaki's quiet life at his family's shrine ends when the space pirate Ryoko crash-lands nearby. Saving her is only the beginning: Princess Ayeka and her sister Sasami arrive from the distant planet Jurai, followed by the hopelessly clumsy detective Mihoshi, her capable partner Kiyone, and the brilliant but eccentric scientist Washu.

Before long, Tenchi's home is overflowing with alien guests whose rivalries, inventions, and feelings for him turn everyday life into chaos. Yet the deeper he becomes entangled in their affairs, the more he learns that his own family is connected to the wider galaxy, and that the peaceful life he took for granted may never have been quite as ordinary as it seemed.
