After Youngwoong, Sera, and Kirayan are defeated by Grandevon, the balance of power collapses within days. Bin dominates Earth, Black Coma takes the Mecard Balls, and natural disasters spread while repeated counterattacks fail to stop the enemy.

A discovery offers one last route forward: other fusion Mechanimals may exist on the Black Hole Planet. Youngwoong and Kirayan travel there in search of them, only to encounter a mysterious underground civilization whose people claim to be Earthlings. As secrets connecting the two planets emerge, new fusion Mechanimals awaken on both sides and the struggle for the fate of two Earths heads toward a final clash.
