Aggressive Retsuko (ONA)

Retsuko has spent five years in accounting doing more work than anyone seems willing to acknowledge. An overbearing boss, coworkers who dump unwanted tasks on her, and social rules that make protest harder than endurance all disappear behind the same professional smile. After work, she goes to karaoke alone and finally lets her anger out through furious death metal that nobody at the office knows exists. As new friendships and awkward attempts at romance enter her life, the divide between quiet office Retsuko and the woman screaming into a microphone becomes harder to maintain. She cannot erase the pressures of work and adulthood, but she may learn that honesty is not the same as confrontation and asking for help is not weakness.
