Shinseiki Evangelion Movie: Air/Magokoro wo, Kimi ni

After the death of someone close to him, Shinji Ikari has withdrawn so deeply into despair that he can barely act. While Gendo Ikari advances his own plan for Human Instrumentality, SEELE decides NERV has outlived its usefulness and launches a full military assault on the organization's headquarters.

As soldiers cut through NERV's defenses, Asuka returns to Evangelion Unit-02 and fights desperately against SEELE's mass-produced Evangelions. Misato searches for Shinji while the world around them collapses, knowing that Unit-01 and the boy hiding from it may determine what happens to every human soul. The struggle between SEELE and Gendo reaches its final form, forcing Shinji to confront pain, isolation, and the terrifying possibility of a world without boundaries between people.
