Tenki no Ko

Runaway high school student Hodaka Morishima reaches Tokyo only to find a city trapped beneath seemingly endless rain and a life far harsher than he expected. After scraping by and taking a job at a small occult magazine, he meets Hina Amano, a girl supporting her younger brother who possesses an extraordinary gift: when she prays, the clouds can part.

The two turn Hina's ability into a small business, bringing brief pockets of sunshine to people who desperately need them. Their days begin to brighten even as Tokyo remains soaked, but changing the weather is not free. Each clear sky draws Hina closer to a fate Hodaka does not yet understand, and once he learns the cost, he must decide how much of the world's order he is willing to defy for one person.
