Mythical creatures that have found a place in the modern world continue trying to live alongside humans and one another. Beasts once spoken of in legends now face problems that are far more ordinary: food, work, friendships, misunderstandings, and ancient habits that do not always fit contemporary life. Whenever one of them attempts to have a perfectly normal day, an eccentric companion, an old supernatural ability, or a custom carried across centuries is usually enough to turn the smallest situation into affectionate chaos.
