Synopsis
The Eagle Talon Society's hopeless campaign for world domination continues through side schemes that are somehow even less efficient than its normal operations. The Chancellor tries to maintain a shred of authority while Yoshida's shortcuts, strange inventions, and DX Fighter's interference turn every plan into another cheap, chaotic failure.
