Hakuouki: Sekkaroku

Rumors of a plot to burn the Shinsengumi headquarters point toward an inn in Shimabara. Because Chizuru Yukimura can enter places where the swordsmen would immediately attract attention, she disguises herself as a geisha and infiltrates the district to gather information.

The mission worries every member of the Shinsengumi for a different reason. As Chizuru moves deeper into a web of suspicious visitors and hidden motives, Hijikata, Okita, Saitou, Harada, and the others each watch over her in their own way, revealing the concern they rarely express while duty keeps the group surrounded by danger.
