In a world where famous racehorses are reborn as horse girls, Special Week leaves the countryside for Tokyo's Tracen Academy carrying a promise to her mother: she will become the best racer in Japan. Her talent is obvious, but talent alone means little when every race is filled with girls who carry their own ambitions, histories, and completely different ways of running.

Special Week is drawn to Silence Suzuka and her mesmerizing front-running style, eventually joining the team where Suzuka trains. Through victories, defeats, injuries, and the pressure of expectations, the girls learn that racing is more than reaching the finish line first. What matters just as much is discovering why they keep running when the result is uncertain and what kind of dream is waiting beyond the next track.
