Dr. Slump: Arale-chan no Koutsuu Anzen

A cheerful picnic turns into a lesson in road safety when Arale carelessly steps into traffic and narrowly avoids being hit. Senbei later uses one of his inventions to bring a bicycle image to life, but Tarou and Akane's reckless riding soon demonstrates how dangerous a bicycle can become when basic rules are ignored.

The warning is put to the test the following day. Tarou speeds through an intersection without following what he learned, and a collision forces everyone to confront the real consequences of careless behavior on the road.
