Tetsuwan Atom: Ao Kishi no Kan

Astro believes that humans and robots can someday understand one another, even in a world where robots are often treated as property. That belief is challenged by Blue Bon, the feared Blue Knight, a robot whose family was torn apart by humans and whose hatred drives him to attack both abusive people and robots who side with them.

Astro refuses Blue Bon's demand to join his war against humanity and tries instead to stop the cycle of retaliation. Their conflict exposes the injustice behind the fear of independent robots and forces Astro to confront how difficult peace becomes when one side sees compassion as betrayal.
