Shirobako Movie

Four years after The Third Aerial Girls Squad, Musashino Animation is in its worst condition yet. The cancellation of a major project drove the company into financial trouble, many employees left, and the studio lost the momentum it had fought to regain. Aoi Miyamori is still there, but the optimism she carried into the industry no longer comes easily.

An almost impossible opportunity arrives: produce an original film called SIVA in only ten months. Aoi begins pulling together a team capable of saving both the project and the studio while her old friends face problems of their own across the industry. Between collapsing schedules, revisions, producers, and creative compromises, the film becomes a test of whether the dreams that brought them into animation can survive the reality of making it.
