Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai

Sakuta Azusagawa knows that Adolescence Syndrome is more than a rumor because he has already seen its supernatural effects. So when he spots former actress Mai Sakurajima wandering through a library in a bunny-girl outfit while nobody else notices her, he cannot ignore it. Gradually, people stop seeing Mai and even begin forgetting that she exists.

Sakuta tries to understand the cause before she disappears completely and discovers that these strange phenomena often reflect emotions and problems teenagers cannot express directly. After Mai's case, other girls close to him develop different manifestations of the syndrome, each forcing him to confront another form of loneliness, fear, or identity while his relationship with Mai grows from an unusual curiosity into something he refuses to lose.
