Cike Wu Liuqi

Wu Liuqi works as a cheap hairdresser on a small island, but his real attempt at making money is far stranger: he takes assassination jobs using telekinetically controlled scissors and a shapeshifting ability. He looks intimidating when he tries, yet his poor planning and fundamentally soft heart make him remarkably bad at killing the people he is hired to eliminate.

His feathered manager Dai Bo keeps pushing him toward new contracts, partly because Wu needs money and partly because he has no memory of who he was before arriving on the island. Each failed mission entangles him with another person's problems, and scattered clues suggest the harmless barber may once have been someone far more dangerous than even he can imagine.
