High School DxD New: Oppai, Tsutsumimasu!

Asia is attacked by a strange creature that steals women's underwear, bringing Issei, Rias, and the Occult Research Club running to her aid. Destroying the monster only reveals that it was being controlled by someone else, and Irina joins the group as they trace the magic back to its source.

The investigation leads them to an eccentric priest whose obsession has produced the bizarre creatures. Issei is initially impressed by the man's single-minded dedication, but even he has to reconsider when the story behind the so-called legendary underwear thief turns the supernatural hunt into one of the club's most ridiculous encounters.
