High School DxD

Issei Hyoudou dreams of a high school life surrounded by girls, so he believes his luck has finally changed when a beautiful girl asks him on a date. His first romance ends with her murdering him after revealing herself as a fallen angel. Issei awakens again only because Rias Gremory, one of his school's most admired students, has revived him as a devil under her command.

He joins the Occult Research Club, secretly a group of devils, and begins learning the rules of a world divided among devils, angels, and fallen angels. His old dream of building a harem certainly survives, but staying alive now requires training and mastering a mysterious power inside him while hiding his supernatural life from family and ordinary friends.
