One Piece Movie 14: Stampede

Luffy and the Straw Hats arrive at the Pirate Festival, the world's largest gathering of its kind, after organizer Buena Festa promises a contest centered on finding a treasure left behind by Gol D. Roger. Pirates from the Worst Generation, veterans, and even the Marines converge in one place, turning the treasure hunt into a massive free-for-all with no stable alliances.

The festival was never created for entertainment alone. Douglas Bullet, a former member of Roger's crew, appears with enough power to threaten everyone present, and Festa's real plan comes into view. When defeating him alone becomes impossible, enemies who never imagined fighting side by side are forced into temporary cooperation against a man determined to prove absolute strength has no need for companions.
