Dr. Slump Movie 07: Arale-chan N-cha! Penguin Mura yori Ai wo Komete

Princess Puruah of Yapaya has everything a royal child could want except one thing: nobody has ever managed to make her laugh. Desperate to brighten her life, the kingdom asks the brilliant but hopelessly eccentric Senbei Norimaki to build a robot whose comedy can finally bring a smile to her face.

Senbei's involvement naturally brings Arale and the chaos of Penguin Village with him. What begins as a royal request soon becomes a wild succession of inventions, misunderstandings, and ridiculous encounters as the group searches for the one thing capable of amusing the seemingly unamused princess.
