Mahou no Star Magical Emi

Mai Kazuki longs to perform with her grandparents' Magic Carat troupe, but her stage skills are still too clumsy for the role she imagines. A mirror fairy named Topo grants her a bracelet that transforms her into the elegant eighteen-year-old magician Magical Emi and allows her to perform genuine magic.

Emi's sudden success brings television fame to the family troupe, forcing Mai to protect a secret identity from her relatives and the boy she admires. As she improves her ordinary craft, she begins questioning whether borrowed supernatural power can truly fulfill her dream of becoming a magician through her own effort.
