Shin Kochira Katsushikaku Kameari Kouenmae Hashutsujo

Kankichi Ryotsu works as a police officer at the box in front of Kameari Park, but his salary is never large enough for his ambitions. He is constantly inventing shortcuts to easy money, from bizarre business schemes to chasing whatever new craze he thinks will make him rich without years of effort.

The problem is that Ryotsu's ideas are almost always bigger than his ability to control them. A simple plan grows into chaos involving his coworkers, neighborhood residents, and an increasingly furious chief, before leaving Ryotsu almost exactly where he started. None of that ever stops him from preparing the next scheme.
