Synopsis

Senbei Norimaki discovers the legendary Eye of the Rainbow, a treasure hidden in the mountains and said to possess the power to make any wish come true. Before anyone in Penguin Village can decide what to do with it, Bisna, a descendant of the lost Nanaba Kingdom, takes the treasure for a dangerous purpose.

Bisna intends to restore both Nanaba and the evil power tied to its past. Arale, Gatchan, Senbei, and their friends set off toward the secret Nanaba Castle to recover the Eye, turning a treasure hunt into another wildly unpredictable adventure where ancient legends collide with Penguin Village chaos.
