Kidou Senshi Gundam: Dai 08 MS Shoutai - Miller's Report

Federation Ensign Shiro Amada returns from the Himalayas under suspicion. His unexplained disappearance and contact with Aina Sahalin, a Zeon pilot connected to a secret mobile armor project, give the military reason to wonder whether the commander of the 08th MS Team has betrayed them.

Intelligence officer Alice Miller is assigned to reconstruct what happened and decide whether Shiro can be trusted. Her investigation revisits the battles, choices, and growing bond that put him between duty and compassion, while the conclusions in her report may determine whether he returns to command or faces punishment as a traitor.
