Éclair and Lumière's work for GOTT takes a darker turn as they discover how deeply the organization serves the interests of the privileged Nouvlesse. When Éclair refuses to carry out an order she can no longer accept, the two elite agents are branded traitors by the institution they once protected.

Now pursued by their fellow ES members, Éclair and Lumière are forced to fight former allies while fragments of Éclair's buried past begin returning. The struggle becomes more than a question of survival as they confront the system that shaped their identities and decide what justice means without GOTT deciding it for them.
