Dr. Slump Movie 03: Arale-chan Hoyoyo! Sekai Isshuu Dai Race

The Radial Kingdom announces a spectacular race around the world, with a prize large enough to attract nearly everyone in Penguin Village: one million dollars, or marriage to Princess Front. Arale and her friends enter for the money, while Dr. Mashirito has much more romantic ambitions toward the princess.

The complication is that Princess Front looks remarkably like Midori Yamabuki and has plans of her own, which is enough to pull Senbei into the race as well. With bizarre vehicles, shameless sabotage, and competitors who treat the laws of physics as suggestions, reaching the finish line becomes the least predictable part of the contest.
