Keima Katsuragi thought his work capturing runaway spirits would eventually end, but Diana reveals a problem hidden inside his earlier victories. The Jupiter Sisters, goddesses who once helped seal Old Hell, are sleeping within girls whose hearts Keima previously conquered. To restore the seal, he must find and awaken all of them.

The mission becomes urgent when the organization Vintage begins hunting the goddess hosts and Kanon is attacked. Keima now has to approach girls who remember their feelings for him even though his past conquests were supposed to be erased, all while hiding the truth from those who are not goddesses. With Elsie and Haqua beside him and time running out, the self-proclaimed God of Conquest faces a problem no dating game prepared him for: the consequences of hearts he treated like completed routes.
