In Universal Century 0087, the Earth Federation's Titans have turned their mandate to hunt Zeon remnants into a reign of intimidation and violence. Opposition gathers around the Anti-Earth Union Group, where the former Char Aznable now fights under the name Quattro Bajeena.

Hot-tempered teenager Kamille Bidan is pulled into the conflict after a confrontation with the Titans and the theft of a prototype Gundam Mk-II. Leaving his colony behind, Kamille joins the AEUG and discovers a war shaped by political ambition, Newtype power, and enemies whose loyalties are far more complicated than the old divide between Federation and Zeon.
