Raki Kiseki transfers to Star Harmony Academy with one dream: becoming an idol and creating a Premium Rare Dress of her own. A mysterious Aikatsu Pass made by her older sister suddenly opens doors to other schools and eras, bringing Raki face-to-face with legendary idols she had only heard about.

Every encounter gives Raki a new lesson about performance, fashion, and what it means to shine on stage. As idols from across Aikatsu come together, her search for the perfect dress becomes a journey through the many different ways an idol can inspire others.
