Buddy Daddies Intermission: Cherry-Pick

Kazuki Kurusu and Rei Suwa are professional killers who unexpectedly become the guardians of four-year-old Miri Unasaka after a mission entangles her with their dangerous work. Their apartment changes overnight from a quiet hideout into the home of an energetic child who has no idea what her new fathers actually do for a living.

Between assassinations, daycare, cooking, and the constant need to keep Miri safe, Kazuki and Rei slowly learn how deeply she is changing them. The improvised family grows closer even as the violent world they belong to threatens to take that fragile happiness away.
