Battle Spirits [Re]: Zekkai no Kuu

In Eido, in the land of Hinomoto, Kuu Bashin lives for card battles and constantly searches for what it truly means to become strong. His curiosity leads him to Zetsu Ajara, a wandering swordsman feared for a past as a manslayer, yet bound by a promise that no longer lets him treat strength the way he once did.

Kuu is fascinated by Zetsu's power and chooses to travel beside him, carrying their card battles into the unrest of an age moving toward a historic transformation. Every opponent raises another question about strength: is it the ability to defeat whoever stands before you, or the power to protect what you have chosen not to lose? Between a boy rushing toward the future and a man pursued by his past, a journey begins that changes them as the era changes around them.
