Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch

Britannia's conquest has stripped Japan of its name and turned it into Area 11, where the defeated population lives beneath an empire built on military power and rigid privilege. Lelouch Lamperouge appears to be an ordinary Britannian student, but he is actually an exiled prince who despises the empire and dreams of creating a safer world for his younger sister Nunnally.

A chance encounter with a mysterious girl named C.C. gives Lelouch the Geass, an ability that can force absolute obedience from anyone he meets under the right conditions. He turns that power, his strategic mind, and a masked identity called Zero against Britannia. Every victory strengthens the rebellion, but every manipulation also pulls friends, family, and innocent people deeper into a war Lelouch believes only he can control.
