Hana Nono is looking forward to a peaceful flower-field outing with baby Hug-tan when the monster Usobakka suddenly attacks. Saaya and Homare are captured, and the danger soon spreads to the Kirakira Precure a la Mode and Maho Girls Precure teams as Usobakka tries to replace the world with one built from lies.

His words about broken promises awaken a forgotten memory in Hana: as a child, she made an important promise to a mysterious boy named Clover and never managed to fulfill it. With that old promise now tied to the crisis before her, Hana must face what she left unresolved while 12 Precure join forces to rescue their friends and stop Usobakka's false world from becoming reality.
