Ichika Usami loves making sweets because they remind her of the warmth she shares with her mother. While baking a cake for her mother's return, she meets the fairy Pekorin and discovers Kirakiraru, a sparkling energy born from the feelings poured into sweets. When a creature tries to steal that power, Ichika's determination transforms her into Cure Whip.

Joined by other girls whose personalities and favorite desserts shape their own powers, Ichika opens the KiraKira Pâtisserie and protects Ichigozaka from enemies seeking to drain Kirakiraru. Their battles are fought not only with strength, but with creativity, friendship, and the happiness that a carefully made treat can bring.
