Binan Koukou Chikyuu Bouei-bu Love!

The five members of Binan High School's Earth Defense Club are perfectly content doing almost nothing and relaxing at the Kurotama Bath. Their lazy routine ends when a talking pink wombat appears, fastens strange bracelets to them, and gives them the power to transform into the flamboyant Battle Lovers, warriors charged with protecting Earth through the power of love.

Their enemies are much closer than expected. Under the guidance of a green hedgehog named Zundar, the school's Earth Conquest Club exploits people's frustrations and turns students into bizarre monsters. Between hot-spring arguments, reluctant transformations, and increasingly ridiculous foes, the Battle Lovers must somehow prove that love can overcome the resentment being spread around them.
