Yui Nagomi loves food and the happiness that gathers around a good meal, but Oishiina Town is suddenly threatened when the Bundoru Gang begins stealing Recipeppis, tiny fairies connected to dishes and the memories they create. Their goal is to monopolize every delicious thing by rebuilding the stolen Recipe-Bon for themselves.

With the Energy Fairies at their side, Yui, Kokone Fuwa, Ran Hanamichi and later Amane Kasai awaken as Pretty Cures. Protecting a meal now means protecting the feelings attached to it, and the girls must recover the captured Recipeppis before the Bundoru Gang can turn everyone's favorite tastes into something only they control.
