Unexplained sinkholes begin swallowing parts of Daedo City as Director Lee and Mr. Towers pursue a hidden development scheme beneath the streets. Master Kook and his son Suho arrive from Jeju while investigating the danger, reuniting Suho with Ryan, Kory, and Dylan under tense circumstances.

As buildings collapse and old disagreements divide the children, a new transforming robot, Tobot Taekwon K, enters the struggle. The team must combine martial discipline with mechanical power to uncover the cause of the sinkholes and prevent the city from being destroyed from below.
