When cars across Daedo suddenly begin racing out of control, Hana and Duri notice disturbing similarities to the old Boong Motors incidents. At the same time, former Boong Motors researcher Angela approaches Limo with an offer to revive the company and presents him with a tow-truck Tobot built from the remains of Zero.

As more unexplained accidents follow Angela's arrival, suspicion begins to fall on Limo himself. With old regrets resurfacing and Se-mo caught between trust in his father and the evidence around him, the Tobot pilots must uncover who is manipulating the city's vehicles before the conspiracy tears their team apart.
