Just as Tempest begins settling after a succession of crises, Rimuru finds himself dealing with a different kind of chaos: requests from Diablo, Ramiris, and Veldora, along with new residents who need a place in the nation he has built. Everyday concerns, however, conceal a more dangerous shift in the balance of power. Hinata warns of hostile nobles and possible movement from the Eastern Empire, while merchants from the east appear with connections that seem to reach beyond trade. Rimuru wants his country to grow without letting caution become fear, but protecting coexistence between humans and monsters now depends on knowing who is offering friendship and who is hiding a blade behind it.
