Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu

Fumizuki Academy sorts students by test scores, rewarding the highest classes with luxurious facilities while Class F receives broken furniture and a room barely fit for study. Akihisa Yoshii lands at the very bottom, but the school has an unusual system that lets students summon creatures whose fighting strength is determined by their academic results.

When talented Mizuki Himeji is placed in Class F because illness ruined her entrance exam, Akihisa and his classmates decide to wage wars against higher classes and take their better rooms. Unfortunately, their most important weapon is studying, the very activity that put most of them at the bottom. Academic competition becomes chaotic tactical warfare where cheating, bad plans, and one mathematics test can decide whether an entire class rises or collapses.
