After gateways open between the human world and the realms of gods and demons, the three races begin living side by side. Rin Tsuchimi leads a quiet high school life with his childhood friend Kaede until the King of the Gods and the King of the Demons suddenly move into the houses next door with their families.

The bigger surprise is that both daughters, Sia and Nerine, remember Rin from the past and want to marry him. Add Kaede's deep attachment, his playful upperclassman Asa, and the mysterious young Primula, and Rin's peaceful routine becomes a tangle of affection and expectations.
