Konatsu Miyamoto wants one last chance to sing at Shirahamazaka High School's annual recital before graduation. After a mistake the previous year, however, the vice principal refuses to let her perform with the official choir. Konatsu responds by deciding to create a singing club of her own.

She recruits Taichi, a badminton player, Sawa, an aspiring equestrian, and the newly transferred Wien, but the person whose voice matters most is Wakana Sakai, who has abandoned music after the death of her mother. With only a short time before the recital, five very different students are pulled together by songs, old regrets, and uncertain dreams, turning their final school year into something none of them can finish alone.
