Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens

Fukuoka looks peaceful on the surface, but beneath its streets assassins, informants, detectives, revenge specialists, and torturers operate like an ordinary part of the city’s economy. Among them is laid-back detective Zenji Banba, who is investigating the competing hitman businesses of Hakata.

Elsewhere, assassin Xianming Lin has grown sick of being exploited by his employer and is eventually ordered to kill Banba himself. Their meeting exposes a much larger web of betrayal and underworld deals, while an urban legend spreads about a killer who hunts professional killers. In a city where almost everyone has a hidden occupation, an enemy can become an ally before the night is over.
