Durarara!!

Mikado Ryuugamine moves to Ikebukuro searching for a more exciting life and gets his wish almost immediately when he sees the Black Rider, an urban legend said to race through the streets on a dark motorcycle without a head.

Celty, the rider herself, is only one of the strange people bound together by the district: an information broker who manipulates everyone around him, a man with unnatural strength, anonymous youth gangs, and students hiding identities even their closest friends do not know. Their stories begin as separate incidents and gradually collide through internet rumors, violence, and supernatural secrets. With every new connection, Mikado learns that Ikebukuro offers all the excitement he wanted, but it is a city that rarely allows anyone to remain a harmless observer for long.
