Toaru Kagaku no Railgun T

Academy City's Daihasei Festival turns the entire city into a public sporting spectacle, with Mikoto Misaka representing Tokiwadai Middle School among countless esper students. Beneath the celebrations, however, outside organizations use the open city as cover for secret operations, and Mikoto's powerful Level 5 ability makes her a target.

As the festival conspiracy unfolds, Misaka and her friends are pulled into darker experiments involving the Sisters and the hidden forces of Academy City. Even after the games end, new threats emerge around strange cards and a dangerous network beneath the city, forcing Misaka to confront enemies whose plans reach far beyond school competition.
