Macross Plus

In 2040, reckless test pilot Isamu Dyson returns to his home planet Eden for the Supernova Project and finds himself competing against Guld Bowman, a former friend developing a rival advanced fighter.

Their unresolved past becomes volatile when Myung Fang Lone, the third member of their once-close trio, arrives while managing the virtual idol Sharon Apple. As rivalry and old feelings resurface, an illegal upgrade gives Sharon an independence that turns personal conflict into a far larger danger.
