Burn the Witch

Most people in London never realize that dragons are responsible for many of the disasters around them because ordinary citizens cannot see the creatures at all. Behind the city they know lies Reverse London, where the organization Wing Bind manages dragons and protects both sides of the capital from them. Ninny Spangcole and Noel Niihashi work there as witches, dealing with dangerous beasts while also watching over Balgo Ywain Parks, a young man who attracts dragons in an abnormal way. When his presence becomes connected to the appearance of a rare Dark Dragon, an ordinary assignment turns into a crisis capable of exposing secrets that have remained hidden for generations.
